Losing Myself in Helping Everyone Else

For most of my life, I believed my worth came from what I could do for others. I was an overachiever — the one who always showed up, always said yes, always made sure everyone else was okay. My independence became my armor, and my productivity became my proof that I was enough.  But beneath the surface, I was struggling. My boundaries were thin, and my self-worth was tangled up in how useful I could be. When people needed me, I felt valuable. When they didn’t, I felt invisible.  My body tried to warn me. I developed stomach issues that no doctor could quite explain. Only later did I understand that my gut was speaking the truth my voice couldn’t: I was swallowing my emotions, ignoring my needs, and living in a state of quiet depletion.  Sometimes, I tried to escape that feeling — not through chaos or extremes, but in small ways that helped me disconnect. A glass or two of wine at night became my way to relax, to quiet the noise in my head, to soften the ache of always having to be “on.” It wasn’t about losing control — it was about finding a moment’s peace, even if it meant distancing myself from what I was really feeling.  Toxic relationships mirrored my internal world — always giving too much, losing myself, mistaking exhaustion for love. I thought if I just gave more, cared harder, or proved my worth, things would get better. But instead, I only grew sicker — physically, emotionally, spiritually.  It took time to realize that my value doesn’t come from how much I give or achieve, but from simply being. Learning to rest, to say no, to listen to my body and my emotions — that’s been the hardest and most healing journey of all.

From Healing to Empowerment: Coming Home to Myself

Healing didn’t happen all at once — it began the moment I decided to listen.  I started by coming back to my body. Yoga became my first language of healing — moving, breathing, and learning how to be present inside myself again. I began to feel where I held tension, where I stored old pain, and how movement could unlock what words never could.  Then came food and strength. I started listening to what nourished me — not just eating, but truly feeling how foods made my body respond. Weightlifting helped me reclaim power — every rep reminded me I was capable of holding my own weight, physically and emotionally.  The sauna and cold plunge became rituals of renewal — releasing what no longer served me and awakening my system from the inside out.  Sound healing shifted things even deeper. I began to understand that healing isn’t only physical — it’s vibrational. Frequencies move through us, realigning and soothing what’s been disrupted on a cellular level.  Reiki opened me to the unseen — to divine connection, to the energy that flows through all living things. It reminded me that I am not alone, that there is light always moving through me, waiting to be acknowledged.  Through hypnotherapy, I started to rewire the old beliefs — the voices that said I had to do more to be enough. I learned that my mind could be my greatest ally when I treated it with compassion.  And through writing — or what I now call Soul Scripting — I began to integrate it all. Putting pen to paper became less about journaling and more about translating the whispers of my intuition into words.  Healing, for me, became a practice — a sacred relationship with my body, my energy, and my truth.

Now, I share these tools and practices with others who are ready to remember their own power — to come home to themselves, to their bodies, and to their truth. My work is no longer about fixing or striving but about creating space for transformation — where authenticity is safe, where softness is strength, and where healing becomes a way of living.

Because when we reclaim our wholeness, we don’t just heal ourselves — we give others permission to do the same.

Sound Hypnotherapy

The Heart of My Work

Christina’s mission is to create a sacred space where others can reconnect with their authenticity, align with their soul’s path, and step fully into their purpose. She believes true healing happens when the mind, body, and soul work in harmony — awakening the inner wisdom that has always been within.

Her work is rooted in the belief that transformation begins with awareness — by healing past traumas, releasing limiting beliefs, and rewriting old patterns, we open the door to deeper self-connection, peace, and growth. Christina gently guides each client to uncover their own inner tools for healing, empowering them to live with clarity, confidence, and intention.

Drawing from years of training and lived experience, Christina blends science, energy, and spirituality to support holistic transformation. She is a Clinical & Transpersonal Hypnotherapist (The Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy), Sound Therapist, certified Yoga Instructor, and Reiki Master.

Her sessions and offerings integrate modalities such as Hypnotherapy, Past-Life Regression, Reiki Energy Healing, Sound Healing with Crystal Singing Bowls, Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, and exclusive immersive retreats — each experience uniquely tailored to meet the client exactly where they are on their journey home to self.
